Casper council to review Poplar Street safety, staff holiday request

CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper City Council will meet Tuesday to discuss pedestrian safety on Poplar Street and whether to approve an extra holiday day off for city employees that carries a price tag of nearly $25,000.
