CASPER, Wyo. — Casper City Council members unanimously approved a pair of liquor license transfers at their Tuesday meeting. The transfers mainly consist of clerical changes as establishments change ownership. One such license transfer was for the Holiday Inn at 721 Granite Peak Drive.
