The eggs were collected on 9 April as part of a major investigation conducted by Radio France's Investigation Unit.
Between January and July 2026, the locals of the Ici network had 91 samples analysed in the laboratory, from all over the country. Results revealed this Tuesday: 52 of them are contaminated.
The investigation cell of Radio France and the ICI network have had 91 eggs collected throughout France tested. Results: 52 contain eternal pollutants, 23 exceed the quality standard. Two samples have extremely high levels and a dozen have significant exceedances.
