SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) -- A Lincoln County judge has handed down a sentence for a man who pleaded "no contest" to child pornography. U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday has sentenced 28-year-old Jason Alan Wacker of Pasco County, Florida, to 10 years in federal prison for possession of child sexual abuse material.
