The fine for illegally selling e-cigarettes has been increased by €700 to €2,040 for a first offense, writes outgoing State Secretary Judith Tielen (Public Health) in a letter to the House of Representatives. For subsequent offenses, the fine will increase by €1,000 to €3,060.
