Careless smoker burned a K-store to the ground

A man threw water on a smoking gun and walked away. The grocery store burned almost to the ground. A man in his forties was digging through the garbage bins of a grocery store in Kastelli, Oulu, on Saturday night, August 7, 2021. It was a so-called "dive-in": the man was looking for food and goods that were still usable in the trash.
