Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin congratulated Amsterdam on its 750th anniversary on Sunday morning. He did so on Sunday morning during the Eucharistic celebration in the co-cathedral basilica of Saint Nicholas in Amsterdam. Parolin is, after Pope Leo XIV, the highest representative of the Catholic Church worldwide.
