Eleven injured: Man drives his car to several people in Copenhagen

At least eleven people have been seriously injured after a car drove into a crowd of people at an outdoor café in central Copenhagen this afternoon. Police are describing the incident as a hit-and-run accident.

The driver first crashed into a facility under construction and then hit a cyclist and several people near a bakery.

The man deliberately ran over children, several of whom were injured and hospitalized.

Police say there was no terrorist attack.
