OSU Board of Trustees approves construction of new residence hall

The Board of Trustees successfully carried a motion to construct a new student resident hall in a meeting on July 8.  In addition to a new dorm, an off site dining center will be built, all with a budget of $189.9 million. Construction on a project including two new on-campus student residence halls in Medford, MA has begun at Tufts University. Tufts hired Capstone Development Partners as developer. Capstone’s partners on the project include Provident Resources Group, Elkus Manfredi Architects, Erland Construction, Steven Winter & Associates and Barclays.
