Can Europe do without Turkey in strengthening European defence?

Calls are growing for better cooperation with Turkey to strengthen European defense. Today and tomorrow, NATO foreign ministers are meeting in the Turkish city of Antalya, in preparation for the major NATO summit in June in The Hague. Turkey's role may be discussed there.
