It is a matter of morals that shakes the Commission des droits de l'Homme du Cameroun (CDHC). The institution, already condemned for unfair dismissal, sees its president James Mouangue Kobila prosecuted in an auxiliary procedure of sexual harassment by his former collaborator. Both parties - the prosecution and the defence - were again Thursday 31 July in court in Yaoundé, for a case that has been dragging on for almost two years.
