Calvados: Industrial Capacity Building for Grand Large Yachting in Mondeville

The group is strengthening its industrial capacities in Mondeville. It had already acquired in June 2024 the ex-Normandy Yacht Service, specialized in cauldronry. In December 2025 it also integrated the machines, the premises and nine employees of Iguana Yachts, an amphibious ship company then in liquidation court. These operations are part of the strategy of expansion of the shipyard near Caen.
