Homelessness in Huntington and across the U.S. is an increasingly polarizing topic. Breanne Akers, 41, is one of the people working in homelessness services locally. Previously the director of Harmony House, which also set to welcome a new director soon, was also in charge of the COC but it’s now a separate entity.
