The mayor of Vigo, Abel Caballero, on Monday censored the "prisas" of the Xunta to sign the agreement that allows the urbanization of roads and the construction of a residence of elders and a parking lot on the grounds of the former ETEA, and has remembered that most of the plots in these facilities are owned by the Galician government "for 12 years", without the autonomous administration having done "nothing".
