BYD enriches its Atto 2 range with the DM-i version, the compact SUV is now equipped with a range extender that promises to strengthen the appeal of the model responding to its weak point: long journeys. So far, the Atto 2 electric suffers from a limited range for mixed use and from a relatively low charging power, points that hindered its adoption outside the city. With the Super Hybrid Dual Mode technology, BYD wants to correct these defects.
