Boston Dynamics to Expand Operations, Signs 320K-SF Lease with BXP

In connection with a planned expansion of its Massachusetts operations, robotics company Boston Dynamics has signed a long-term lease of 320,000 square feet at BXP’s Reservoir Place, a 530,000-square-foot building located at 1601 Trapelo Rd. in Waltham.
