MORGANTOWN, Ky. – At a fiscal court meeting, Butler County officials once again affirmed to keep what’s left of the lock and dam in Woodbury. The United States Army Corps of Engineers visited Butler County once again this week to express safety concerns about the lock and dam in Woodbury which has become a popular recreational area since its failure in 1965.
