Residents have likely seen them – shelters for London's upcoming bus rapid transit (BRT) system rising up in the city's core along those new red lanes. Specially designed to stand out and accommodate more people, they're big, bold and at times appear to be sparsely used. LFP's Jack Moulton spoke to Jennie Dann, city hall's construction director, about why that is and what to expect.
