The Burgenland Landesrechnungshof (BLRH) collected the financial debts of the Land of Burgenland and its companies as at 31 December 2024. Compared to 2021, they thus increased from 1.80 billion euros to 2.18 billion euros. This is an increase of around 383 million euros or 21 percent, according to director René Wenk at the report presentation on Wednesday, in which he spoke out for more transparency.
