Building collapse shuts down Charleston road

HICKMAN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, JUL 6 – Cleanup and damage assessments are underway after debris from a partial building collapse blocked U.S. 51, with the closure expected to last at least two days, officials said.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — One road is partially shut down after a building collapsed in Charleston Sunday afternoon. According to Metro 911, the northbound lane of Patrick Street from 7th Avenue to Horne's Avenue is shut down at this time due to debris from the collapse.
