CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — One road is partially shut down after a building collapsed in Charleston Sunday afternoon. According to Metro 911, the northbound lane of Patrick Street from 7th Avenue to Horne's Avenue is shut down at this time due to debris from the collapse. A Charleston Police officer told a 13 News reporter on the scene that the building had been unoccupied for about 10 years. Stick with 13 News for updates.
