BTS Returning To Movie Theaters With ‘BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’ Live Viewing’ Of 2026 Tour Kick-Off Shows
BTS will screen two full concerts from their Arirang World Tour globally in cinemas on April 11 and 18, supporting their first album in nearly four years.
- On Thursday , BTS announced two full concerts will stream to cinemas on April 11 and 18 in Goyang and Tokyo, respectively.
- The Arirang World Tour, serving as a comeback, follows nearly four years away for mandatory military service and supports BTS' fifth studio album, Arirang, due March 20.
- Organizers plan to show the concerts in more than 3,500 theaters in 75 countries, with each territory screening each concert twice and ticket details available beginning Feb. 25.
- Fans will be able to access the tour globally in cinemas, while Netflix will stream `BTS The Comeback Live | ARIRANG` at 7 a.m. ET on March 21.
- The outing will span 82 shows in 34 cities, a record number for a K-pop artist, and Marc Allenby said additional live cinema broadcasts are planned later this year.
