BEMIDJI — Jackson Fogelson needed his best, and he brought it. At the Minnesota Golf Association Men’s Qualifier at the Bemidji Town and Country Club on Monday, the Bemidji High School rising freshman carded a 2-under round of 70 to tie for third, two shots behind Rylin Petry in second and four strokes shy of Ryan Engel.
