BRYAN, TX – Jose Tzoc Garcia, 44, has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Younger than 14. Due to the nature of the offense, there is no parole, meaning Garcia will serve the entirety of his sentence. A Brazos County Jury convicted Garcia on May 21, 2025.
