A New Jersey woman has filed a $3 million lawsuit against a ShopRite store claiming she was seriously injured when she fell after slipping on loose Brussels sprouts. Linda Swedin, 64, of Ringwood, claims in court papers she fell on Dec. 28, 2023 in the produce section of the store in Wyckoff.
