Brunswick megasite lands tenant, plans more industrial space

The International Logistics Park on the Brunswick–Columbus county line has fully leased its first 284,000-square-foot building after Kesseböhmer USA signed an 83,000-square-foot lease. Developers also plan a 265,000-square-foot cross-dock facility and a separate 100,000-square-foot distribution building as activity grows at the 1,000-acre megasite.
