The need for more space in the Brown County Jail is hardly a new issue.It cropped up again during the Aug. 4 regular meeting of the Brown County Commission at the courthouse annex.Sheriff Dave Lunzman updated commissioners on a policy he is changing that passes some transportation costs on to other agencies.“It’s no secret the jail is full,” he said. “We’ve been managing to the best of our abilities.”
