The owners of the Jet Set entertainment center filed an appeal with the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeals of the National District to challenge the type of protective measures imposed in the criminal proceedings stemming from the collapse of the establishment, arguing that their implementation has caused a greater financial impact than authorized by the court.
