(Brookville, IN) – For the second time in three years, a Brookville man has received the maximum sentence following a felony domestic battery conviction. Franklin Circuit Judge Alex Dudley sentenced 35-year-old Brandon Ashby to 30 months in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
