Brookhaven City Council considers millage rate increase during first public hearing
The Brookhaven City Council on June held the first of three public hearings regarding a millage rate increase. Two people spoke in favor of the increase, and two, including former Brookhaven Mayor J. Max Davis, spoke against it.
