Brookfield to host hearing on street lights

BROOKFIELD — Trustees plan to host a hearing regarding street lights on Richard Drive and David Lane, according to a notice from the township’s fiscal officer. Fiscal Officer Dena McMullin explained that a petition was filed Thursday “praying” that “trustees take all lawful and proper proceedings to artificially light the roads and public ways.” The hearing will be at 6 p.m. June 2 at the township’s administration building.
