(WLNE) — Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III said that a 55-year-old Bristol, R.I. man pled guilty in the case of a 2021 wrong way crash that killed a 21-year-old.  Hector Fernandez was charged with motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation.
