Turkey has banned the sale of breast milk in retail and online platforms due to serious health risks, imposing hefty fines on individuals and digital platforms that violate the rule, DHA reported on Tuesday, citing the Trade Ministry.
Ministry Announced: The Trade of Breast Milk Has Been Banned!
In a written statement made by the Ministry of Trade, it was announced that a ban was imposed on the retail and electronic trade of breast milk. It was stated that administrative fines of up to 684 thousand 214 TL will be imposed on those who act contrary to the ban.
