BRAVO movement calls for fireworks money to be directed to abandoned animals

The civic movement Bravo today asked the mayor of Novi Sad to divert the money from fireworks to the needs of abandoned animals that most often suffer due to “noise stress caused by fireworks and other pyrotechnic means”.
