Brampton woman allegedly duped through dating app, guns stolen

Peel Regional Police charged Jason Randolph Blake Bowden, 42, with multiple offences after he allegedly stole firearms from a Brampton woman he met through an online dating platform.
Investigators allege the suspect stole keys to the woman's residence and gun locker during an initial interaction, then returned to steal two legally owned firearms and ammunition.
Bowden has a criminal history spanning nearly 20 years and is believed to have used at least 10 aliases, including London Valentine Flowers and Cody Young, to evade detection.
On Sept. 8, officers arrested Bowden near Dundas Street West and Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga, recovering the stolen firearms, fraudulent identification documents, and bank cards.
Police are now working to determine if additional victims exist across Canada and urge anyone who may have interacted with the accused to contact investigators.
