- On Tuesday, Bosnia expelled two Serbian diplomats, military attache Milan Dulanovic and intelligence adviser Danko Maksimovic, ordering them to leave within 48 hours. Foreign Minister Elmedin Konakovic also suspended a regional cooperation accord scheduled for October 1 in Montenegro.
- Belgrade's public funeral for former Bosnian Serb General Ratko Mladic prompted the decision, with Konakovic stating that Serbia had "crossed all red lines" with its handling of the event.

- Bosnia plans to consider changing consular jurisdiction and gradually reducing staff at its embassy in Belgrade. Konakovic intends to request clarification from European Union institutions regarding their stance on public and institutional glorification of persons legally convicted of international crimes.
