As I leave the General Department of the Port of Nouakchott, and after an important two-and-a-half-year experience, I extend sincere thanks, gratitude and gratitude to His Excellency the President of the Republic for the trust and care extended to me by the port of Anuakchott during this period. I hope that most of the objectives pursued by His Majesty from this mandate have been met and the objectives achieved.
