In previous years, Luxembourg has seen some EU based companies transferring their central administration – or head office – from other EU Member States to the Grand Duchy, while keeping their registered office in their country of origin. The legal implementation of such partial relocations, however, remained unclear.
Border stress with Germany: Luxembourg asks citizens for feedback
In view of the ongoing discussions on border controls on the German-Luxembourg border, the Luxembourg Ministry of the Interior has set up its own e-mail address to collect feedback on the situation. Those affected – in particular, but not exclusively border workers – can now address their experiences and concerns directly to the address for border controls@gouvernement.lu.
