The Cologne Cathedral has been lit in a new light since Sunday evening. So far, the cathedral has been lit by halogen vapor lamps installed on the roofs of surrounding buildings. Now, the Gothic cathedral is illuminated by more than 700 LED lamps, which are largely attached to the cathedral itself.
