Bombardier Aerospace (BBA, Montréal Trudeau) has entered into an agreement with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) to acquire the assets of MHI Canada Aerospace (MHICA) located in Mississauga, Ontario. Expected to close later in 2026, the transaction will add 750 employees and bring component work for Bombardier's business jet programmes in-house.
