The controversial former interim chief architect of Sofia, Bogdana Panayotova, is the most likely winner in the competition to become the incumbent for the post. Her only competitor in the final stage of the race, architect Georgi Slavov, performed unconvincingly in the interview with the competition committee on Monday.
