Oswego, N.Y. - A 76-year-old swimmer was found dead in Lake Ontario in the town of Oswego on Tuesday night, deputies said. Deputies were dispatched to the shore of Lake Ontario west of the SUNY Oswego Campus off Route 89 around 9:31 p.m. for a report of a man in the water, according to a news release from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
