Inhabitants of the irregular colony of El Pedregal located in Cancun located the body of a man with obvious traces of torture, presumably the body was only abandoned in this place. Shortly before 8:00 p.m. the call center of the C5 Security Complex received a call through the 911 emergency number notifying the finding of a body apparently lifeless in a green area parallel to a terrestrial area of the aforementioned population nucleus.
