Board of Supervisors revised speaking requests at meetings

The County Board of Supervisors introduced an easier way for the public to speak on topics on the agenda, and public comments. Until now, anyone who wanted to speak at a board meeting either had to fill out a written slip in person, or electronically online if they wanted to speak by phone.
