Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – The town of Bluefield is mourning one of its own. 74-year-old Terry Gene Lampert passed away December 22 at his home with loved ones. Terry served as a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and retired from Norfolk Southern Railway with over four decades of experience as an engineer under his belt.
