Blaze strikes abandoned apartment complex in Shreveport for 10th time

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - The Shreveport Fire Department received a 911 call reporting a building on fire in the 1900 block of Centenary Boulevard. Firefighters arrived on the scene just six minutes after the call and reported a second-floor apartment unit fully engulfed in flames.
