VESTAL, N.Y (WIVT/WBGH) - Ground was broken at a place where future records will be broken for Binghamton University athletes. Yesterday marked groundbreaking for the new Track and Field facility at BU. It will be named for Visions Federal Credit Union, which donated five point six million dollars for the building.
