The Bilbao City Council has explained that it continues working to ensure that the 2030 World Cup is played at San Mamés, where FIFA has set some "exaggerated" conditions, and has confirmed that negotiations on the "red lines" set by the Basque institutions will resume when the current World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico is over.
