From 2 June, cyclists and scooter users will have to set foot on land to cross the Rue de la Liberté between 11:30 and 20:00. The mayor of Dijon, Nathalie Koenders, invokes problems of cohabitation between users. But on the side of the associations, the measure is considered ineffective.
