Bike riders who ignore traffic laws should be ticketed

I was driving along Pacific Coast Highway recently in an area from Cardiff to Leucadia to Encinitas where there are bike lanes. But instead of using the bike lanes properly, some bicyclists ride side by side or three in a row and use the traffic lanes, which causes traffic tie-ups. None stop at stop signs or traffic signals at intersections. Law enforcement officers should ticket them as they do drivers not respecting traffic laws. — Gary Colbor…
