Bicyclist Transported to Hospital After Hit-Run on Highway 154

A bicyclist was transported to Cottage Hospital Saturday evening with minor injuries after a hit-and-run on Highway 154. Emergency crews first responded to the highway east of Santa Ynez at around 7:31 p.m. for a report of a bicyclist down in the roadway.
